After graduating from NC State, he began his career with Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty during a challenging market — an experience that reinforced the importance of adaptability, strong fundamentals, and delivering real value to clients. Those early years continue to influence how he approaches every transaction today.

Over time, Franklin has built a business rooted in trust, discretion, and long-term relationships. At home, Franklin spends time with his wife, Lauren, and their two children. They’ve renovated multiple homes together and are always working on their next project. Outside of work, he has a genuine passion for food — always trying new restaurants, keeping up with the latest spots, and spending time in the kitchen. Known around Raleigh for his famous chicken salad, he’s often the one cooking for a crowd. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or out fishing.
